We are excited to share a new aerial image of the current construction progress at Station Park. While the movie theater, pad buildings and the power center are complete and operating, the remaining structures are quickly taking form.
A transit-oriented project, Station Park derives its name from the on-site commuter rail station, the northern terminus of Utah’s new “Front Runner” rail transit system. Elements of downtown Salt Lake City’s historic brick architecture are integrated into a blend of traditional Main Street design elements and buildings designed to evoke an old railway station.
DDG had the pleasure of working with CenterCal Properties, LLC. on this project, providing master planning, architectural retail design, signage + graphics, and project identification design services. The site will be comprised of upscale retail, dining and entertainment and will feature a park, children’s play area, outdoor winter skating rink and a world-class show fountain. All combined, Station Park has captured the interest of the surrounding community as a new gathering space that will be visited and revisited often.
