Project Description

Kapuk Naga Indah is a bold extension of the coastline of Jakarta, Indonesia. Designed as a series of man-made islands which feature state-of-the-art sustainable live-work-shop communities, each promotes healthy living via walkable neighborhoods with parklands, water features, golf courses and marinas. With the finest residential and commercial features, the seven districts are livable communities offering shopping, entertainment, offices, services, and schools within walking distance. Bicycle trails abound, water is celebrated everywhere, and people live in sustainable excellence. Indonesia will grow by five square miles as Kapuk Naga Indah transforms the Java coastline.
