We are excited to announce that Jakarta’s Grand Kamala Lagoon – a mixed-use property designed by DDG that features retail and upscale residential towers, apartments, and townhomes – has won the Best Indonesia Mixed-Use Project Award for 2014.
The award is presented by Property and Bank Magazine, one of Indonesia’s most highly regarded property publications.
Phase One of the project includes seven residential towers, 9,000-square-meters of retail and restaurant space, and a marketing office, all centered on a man-made lagoon. Numerous restaurants and cafes offer residents and visitors terraced seating along the shoreline and lap pools. The site also boasts small, private gardens, parks and areas for relaxation and exercise, tower atriums and observation decks, and a nighttime fountain show.
The larger master plan for Grand Kamala Lagoon features plans for a hospital, school, and other services, creating a unique and accommodating area for residents.
