DDG’s own Christopher Adebonojo has been named to The Daily Record’s VIP List, which recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in Maryland. Winners are selected on the basis of their professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspiring change.
“This year’s VIP List honorees work tirelessly. They excel in their careers, but they also use their influence and knowledge to help create opportunities for others,” says Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, Publisher of The Daily Record. “The Daily Record is honored to recognize these young professionals who are making significant contributions to their professions and to the overall quality of life in Maryland.”
Since joining DDG in 2002, Christopher has worked on town centers and mixed-use developments, immersive theming Muvico cinemas, and the next wave of brandscaped retail/entertainment projects – several of which have earned national and international recognitions. Beyond DDG, he has volunteered for the Maryland Audubon Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Civic Works. Christopher also teaches at Catonsville Community College, hoping to convince more young people to enter the architecture profession.
Christopher and his fellow VIP winners will be honored August 20 at a cocktail reception at the Baltimore Museum of Art. Winners will also be profiled in a special magazine that will be inserted into the August 22 issue of The Daily Record.
