The Quay Valley Specific Plan is the master plan for the development of the sustainable community of Quay Valley that allows for a new way of living and working in harmony with nature and the environment within and around Quay Valley. Approximately 13,172 acres comprise the Quay Valley Specific Plan. The Quay Valley community plan is a design incorporating the tenets of new urbanism and “smart growth” with traditional residential neighborhoods arrayed around major activity centers including a Town Center, providing a “Main Street” focal point for the community. Village Centers located within the community anchor residential neighborhoods within various reaches of job centers, commercial service areas, parks, recreational areas, and open spaces.
