Marbella Residencia
Anyer, Indonesia
Marbella Residencia borrows its name and architectural inspiration from a small village in Spain that has a central courtyard plaza as its centerpiece. Like its namesake, the focal point of this 1,300-unit beachfront condominium community is a central courtyard, which features cobblestone plazas, rich landscaping, ponds filled with fish and water plants, and a swimming pool. The stone and stucco, red-tile roofs, heavy wooden beams, and prominent wrought iron features throughout the development also reflect the Mediterranean influence of southern Spain.
