Kemer Country Istanbul, Turkey
An 18-hole championship golf course is the central focus of this 182-acre (74-hectare) phased residential development just outside of Istanbul. Planners designed a wide variety of home styles, including luxurious single-family villas, mid-rise condominiums, and mult-story apartments, to provide a variety of upscale lifestyle choices to potential residents. Complementing each residential element are lakeviews and waterfront amenities unique to the area. Kemer Country's intimate scale is enhanced by Mediterranean-style architecture, winding streets and streams with small pedestrian bridges, and a central gazebo-like lakefront gathering spot.
