Encompassing a total of 111,722 square meters, Vizcaya at Jinqiao is located in the heart of Jinqiao Green City, a well-developed high-end residential area in Pudong, Shanghai, China. Planned are 180 Spanish courtyard houses that border the core of the project: the Vizcaya clubhouse. The Vizcaya clubhouse features all of the luxurious amenities fashioned to a high-end lifestyle. Vizcaya is reminiscent of a Mediterranean hill town, with rich landscape, organic architecture, and intimate Spanish courtyards, giving its occupants an opportunity to live a truly unique lifestyle.
