Golf View Terraces Linping, China
Golf View Terraces makes imaginative use of a small site to create a 200-unit luxury condominium complex that gives each resident a view of the Pondok Indah golf course. A V-shaped design opening out toward the course and heavily serrated towers that create more corner views are the keys to creating the necessary sight lines. Golf View Terraces is well named; outdoor terraces for each apartment also have golf course views.
