Children's Park Various Locations
The children’s play areas, interactive elements and family entertainment components present in a wide variety of DDG projects add a sense of whimsy and playful engagement, drawing children and families into the space and providing not only fun amenities, but a memorable experience. Whether they are discrete zones, or stand-alone features that appear within the context of the larger designed space, these Playful Spaces blend seamlessly and echo themes found throughout the rest of the project. Kid- and family-friendly features can be elaborate, with programmed events, activities, performers and a lively, carnival atmosphere, or be as simple and innovative as interactive ground graphics, a children’s model boat pond, or a topiary hedge maze. These are the areas that elicit laughter and smiles and leave lasting impressions.
