Muvico - Arundel Mills 24 Baltimore, Maryland, USA
Muvico Egyptian 24, one of Muvico Theaters' recreations of the great movie palaces of the first half of the 20th century, reinvents the multiplex cinema as an Egyptian temple. The Egyptian theme begins beneath a porte cochere supported by massive pharonic columns. Column accents draw attention to the structure, and carved leaf ornamentation in the column capitals convey a sense of being surrounded by a forest of stone trees.
